  A Must-Watch video for all those trying to break free or fade!

  for any who may be fading, or trying to break free from the society, or those who fear how things will transpire , please do yourself a favour and watch this video!.

  once upon a time there was a "kiai master" who trained his students how to knock people over - no touch - with purely the power of his chi.

  how he came to think he actually had telekinetic powers - or how his students became accomplices in his self delusion - i have no idea.

  but he was so convinced he could actually do these things he issued a challenge and put up $5,000 for any martial artist who could beat him.

  Call for Judicial Hearing by signed letter

  i'm quite surprised about the new approach of some local congregation brothers respect about my fade.... funny, ilegal and very dangerous in view of the different laws regarding personal data and minorities in spain and in the eu.... i already organized a press meeting with main newspapers in spain.

  many has shown interest in this situation.

  the fact of that a parallel judicial system do exist is amazing them.

  Sudden realization:

  Shepherd the Flock states specifically:

  A judicial committee should not continue an investigation into alleged wrongdoing if the accused person makes known his decision to disassociate himself. (w84 7/1 p. 31) However, at no time should the elders ask the accused if he desires to disassociate himself.

  How to start....

  i think it would be a good idea to start a thread with suggestions on how to start a journey away from the w.t.

  obviously circumstances are different for each individual.. my advice is:-.

  a) fade gently but with the objective never to return.. b) my opinion on beliefs and theology is that if they are not verifiable and relevant to your everyday life then set them aside for now.. c) if you have spent your life sincerly believing your ministry was helping in the most important work beiing done on the earth, then i would would suggest simply by being ethical in speech and action, will effect others in a positive way evangelizing as a j.w never could.. d.) as for armeggedon, that's simply control by fear.

  Another option for those who can stomach the fading/faking route (it takes acting skills and putting up with being pressured back for quite a while), another option is to quit any and all activity abruptly.

  Politely but firmly decline any meetings with elders.

  Tell friends and family nothing unless they initiate the conversation and you're absolutely sure that the conversation will stay absolutely confidential. Otherwise you could tell them something along the lines of 'After careful/prayerful research/meditation I have concluded I can no longer in good conscience preach or attend meetings.'

  This method has less negative effects than disassociating as people are at least allowed to talk to you. In practice many dubs will avoid you anyway. This happens when you fade as well, but it takes a bit longer with fading so that may be easier to adapt to.

  Interesting they speak to you as a 'sir' and not a 'brother'. Any outcome of a meeting is already fixed.

  Memorial Services

  all jw memorial services i've been to have been similar.

  a couple of sentences about the deceased and then it's all about the religion.

  very impersonal and scripted.

  Recently the talk outline for memorials changed.

  The original one specifically stated something along the lines of:

  This talk is not a eulogy. Talk about the person shortly (preferably mention only his cult accomplishments and slavery), then continue with the impersonal cult stuff.

  The new outline instructs to weave remarks about the person throughout the talk, as long as it supports the cult stuff they're trying to plug.

  Plus the guy was well known, and JW are all about connections.
